Old Fashioned
Plain New York style cheesecake with a "hint" of lemon. Cherry, Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry or Mango topping available

Turtle
Two layers of cheesecake separated by a layer of Caramel and Pecans, and then topped off with a Chocolate Fudge, more pecans and a caramel swirl.

Peanut Butter Chocolate
 Two layers of cheesecake separated by creamy peanut butter and topped with chocolate fudge icing

Chocolate Marble
Deep Cocoa chocolate cheesecake swirled into our Old Fashion cheesecake.

We generally try to carry 2 of these flavors at all times depending on the season and the mood of the chef. They are also available at any time of the year with an advanced order of whole cakes.

Raspberry
We take our homemade Raspberry topping and blend it into our Old Fashion cheesecake.

Key Lime
Our Old Fashion cheesecake flavored with real Key West Lime Juice.

Almond Amaretto
Real Amaretto liqueur baked in, with toasted almonds on top.

Chocolate
Deep Chocolate Cheesecake made with real Cocoa.

A wonderful blend of cheesecake and pumpkin pie.

Coconut:
A cheesecake flavored with coconut extract and topped off with shredded flakes of toasted coconut.

Cheesecake flavored with Irish Cream Liqueur.

Kahlua Mudslide:
A cheesecake flavored with Kahlua Liqueur and Kahlua Mudslide Mix.

Egg Nog:
A cheesecake flavored with real Egg Nog, Brandy and various spices.

Strawberry:
Cheesecake flavored with a mix of Strawberry flavors.

Peppermint Chocolate:
A Peppermint flavored Cheesecake with
a Chocolate Fudge topping.

Lemon:
The Old Fashioned New York Style Cheesecake flavored with real lemon zest.

Low Carb:
Five varieties of low carb are available. We use Xylitol as a sugar substitute. The Old Fashion, Key Lime and Lemon have less than 5 grams of carbs per slice. The Chocolate and Chocolate Marble have less than 6 grams of carbs per slice. Low Carbs are available only by pre-ordering. 72 hours notice is needed to make low carb cakes.

Gluten Free:
Gluten Free cheesecakes are available by pre-ordering 72 hours in advance. Gluten Free is available in most every flavor that we make.
