In October of 2003, David Kilpatrick opened the Columbus CHEESECAKE Company  in the Grandview area of Columbus, Ohio.  

It has long been a dream of Dave's to step out on his own and start a business.  In the year 2000 inspiration finally hit him to bring fresh, delicious, New York Style Cheesecakes to the central Ohio area.  He then began to make cheesecakes at home and sold them to his friends, family, and co-workers.  By 2003 he had perfected his recipes and baking techniques and was ready to share his cheesecakes with the rest of the world.  All of the pieces were finally in place to open a store front in the Grandview area of Columbus.   

Dave is now making the best tasting cheesecakes in Columbus.
