Standard Flavors

These are the flavors that we carry in stock.   Orders are appreciated, but you can just stop in and pick up a whole, half, quarter, or slice of cake.

Old Fashion:

Plain New York style cheesecake, with a "hint" of lemon.  Cherry, Blueberry, Pineapple, Strawberry, or Raspberry topping available.

Chocolate Marble:

Deep Coco chocolate cheesecake swirled into our Old Fashion cheesecake.

Raspberry:

A blend of red raspberry flavorings mixed into our Old Fashion cheesecake and topped off with a swirl of raspberry sauce.

Peanut Butter Chocolate:

Two layers of cheesecake separated by creamy peanut butter and topped with chocolate fudge icing.

Key Lime:

Our Old Fashion cheesecake flavored with real Key West Lime Juice.

Turtle:

Two layers of cheesecake separated by a layer of Carmel and Pecans, then topped off with a Chocolate Fudge, more pecans and a carmel swirl.

Low Carb:

Four varieties of low carb available.  We carry the Old Fashion and Chocolate Marble Cheesecakes.  The Chocolate and Key Lime are available by special order.

Special Order Flavors

These flavors are carried seasonally, at which time they are similar to my standard cake.  They are also available at any time of the year with an advanced order of whole cakes.

Almond Amaretto:

Real Amaretto liqueur baked in, with toasted almonds on top

Chocolate: 

Deep chocolate flavored cheesecake made with real cocoa.

Pumpkin:

A wonderful blend of cheesecake and pumpkin pie.

Coconut:

A cheesecake flavored with coconut extract and topped off with shredded flakes of toasted coconut.

Irish Cream:

Cheesecake flavored with Irish Cream Liqueur.

Kahlua Mudslide:

A cheesecake flavored with Kahlua Liqueur and Kahlua Mudslide Mix.

Egg Nog:

A cheesecake flavored with real Egg Nog, Brandy and various spices.

Strawberry:

Cheesecake flavored with a mix of Strawberry flavors.

etc.: New flavors added from time to time. 

Fund Raiser Cakes:

Cheesecake baked in a 7" tin foil pan.  Made with the same quality ingredients as our regular cakes.  These cakes are only made in bulk for fund raising activities.  Varieties limited.  Call for details.
